MISSION STATEMENT: To help bring everyone who encounters the ministry of Praise Tabernacle to an unprecedented level of spiritual excellence, to receive salvation, and to have personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  To provide an atmosphere of praise, worship, and a foundation of sound Bible teaching and preaching which brings salvation, healing, miracles, and victorious living.

VISION STATEMENT: To help rebuild the community in which Praise Tabernacle has been a part of since 1985 that was devastated by the events of the 1992 civil unrest.  To acquire adjacent properties in order to build a state of the art 1,000 seat worship center (replacing our existing building), a Family/Life Center, administrative offices, and the “Project: Nehemiah” Community Development Center.  To transform the community in which Praise Tabernacle serves by building up the hope of the people and repairing the walls of the community. 

CONFESSION OF FAITH: This church is a place where the praises are offered by people of all ages and from all walks of life.  There are multi-services on Sundays and every seat is filled as people come to hear the Word of God. 

All of the ministry and financial needs are met and we are a membership of 100% tithe givers; we are a membership that gives sacrificially; we are a membership that believes in sowing a seed with our giving.  All debts are paid and we own no one. 

Healing, miracles, signs, and wonders are common place at Praise Tabernacle and our members are healthy and prosperous for this a church where “Jesus is ‘da balm!” 

The Gospel is being preached and taken to a dying world.  Men, women, boys, and girls are being delivered and set free as a result of this ministry.  We are the head and not the tail and we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us.  “No weapon formed against us shall prosper” for we have the victory!
